Year 3 have been learning about the Ancient Egyptians in their History topic this half term. At the end of the topic they invited their parents and carers and the rest of the school to see what they have learnt by opening an Ancient Egyptian Museum. They told their visitors to the museum about the Pharaohs and how they were embalmed and mummified when they died, the afterlife, Egyptian gods and life in Ancient Egypt, how to write in hieroglyphics, the importance of cats and lots more! A huge thank you to all of our visitors and well-done Year 3 – you have learned all about the Ancient Egyptians.
